As a good communicator, great multitasker and at ease in a tech environment, you will play a key role in handling administrative tasks to support the Group Head of Compliance and the Compliance department ensuring a seamless coordination.
Your tasks:
- Organize meetings and appointments, while keeping in mind time-sensitive and priority issues, ensuring appropriate follow-up
- Attend meetings, take notes and prepare the initial draft of minutes for validation.
- Keep track of the Compliance Department’s roadmap and retro planning
- Manage the mailbox of the Compliance Department
- Proofread and correct communications, presentations and documents in English, in French and ideally German
- Organize travel arrangements
- Prepare letters and other correspondences ->
- Perform a wide variety of administrative and support tasks
- Excellent sense of service, interpersonal skills, and diplomacy
- Discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive and confidential information
- Detail-oriented
- Excellent organization and time-management skills
- Ability to prioritize and to work independently with sound judgment
- Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
- Fluent in English and French with excellent writing, proofreading and editing and skills
Background:
- 3 to years of experience in an administrative function
- Prior experience in the tech or banking / financial services industry a strong asset
