The members of the board, executives, and all employees are required to adhere to these standards to protect Inter from being misused for money laundering and terrorist financing, or other unlawful purposes.

The Regulatory & Integrity/Compliance department ensures Inter’s compliance with all applicable laws, rules, regulations, and internal initiatives through the creation of risk-based policies and procedures.

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Analyst to join our team, focusing on due diligence for correspondents and vendors. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting thorough reviews and assessments of potential correspondents and vendors to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards. You will collaborate with various internal teams to gather necessary information and documentation, analyze data, and provide recommendations based on your findings. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in due diligence, risk assessment, and regulatory compliance, with excellent analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities and Duties of the Role

• Conduct due diligence reviews of potential correspondents and vendors, including gathering and analyzing relevant information and documentation.
• Assess and evaluate potential risks associated with correspondents and vendors based on established criteria.
• Communicate and collaborate with internal teams to obtain necessary information and documentation.
• Prepare comprehensive due diligence reports and recommendations for management review.
• Monitor and review existing correspondents and vendors on an ongoing basis to ensure continued compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
• Stay informed about regulatory changes and industry trends related to due diligence and risk management.
• Participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned.

Essential Experience, Skills, And Knowledge

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in due diligence, risk assessment, or regulatory compliance, preferably in the financial services industry.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex information and data.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards related to due diligence and risk management.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
