  • Title: Technical Specialist - SailPoint IdentityNow Implementation and Integration 
    Location: Remote
    Duration: Contract
     
    Position Overview: 
    As a Technical Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, configuring, and deploying the SailPoint IdentityNow solution within our organization. You will also play a crucial role in integrating SailPoint IdentityNow with various systems and applications, ensuring efficient identity and access management. 
     
    Key Responsibilities: 
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand IAM requirements. 
  • Design and implement SailPoint IdentityNow solutions to meet business needs. 
  • Knowledge of integration of SailPoint with Aquera using SCIM connector 
  • Custom web service development after necessary due diligence and requirement gathering. 
  • Expertise in carry out aggregation and working on performance optimization in reducing latency to improve aggregation delays. 
  • Experience integrating SailPoint Identity Now with Salesforce 
  • Very good documentation skills in developing design and solution documents 
  • Knowledge of Payroll systems such as UKG and experience working with them. 
  • Develop connectors and custom configurations for various systems and applications. 
  • Integrate SailPoint IdentityNow with existing IT systems, directories, and cloud services. 
  • Create and manage provisioning and de-provisioning workflows to optimize user onboarding and offboarding. 
  • Implement access certification campaigns to ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards. 
  • Customize SailPoint IdentityNow to align with unique business processes and policies. 
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and errors within the SailPoint system. 
  • Maintain and ensure the security and compliance of the SailPoint solution. 
  • Provide training to end-users and support teams to maximize the effectiveness of the SailPoint system. 
  • Stay up to date with SailPoint updates, patches, and industry best practices. 
  •  
    Qualifications: 
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience). 
  • Proven experience in implementing and integrating SailPoint IdentityNow. 
  • Strong knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM) principles, practices, and technologies. 
  • Proficiency in scripting and coding languages (e.g., PowerShell, Java, JavaScript). 
  • Experience with integrating SailPoint with systems such as Salesforce, Aquera, UKG, Active Directory, LDAP, and cloud services. 
  • Familiarity with security best practices and compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, SOC 2). 
  • Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills. 
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills. 
  • Project management skills for planning and executing implementation projects. 
  • Ability to create comprehensive documentation for configurations, customizations, and integrations. 
  • Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with industry trends.
