Consulting Operations Coordinator

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS 

• Support the Consulting Services team with Operational activities including: Project creation, Timecard monitoring, coordinating resource availability and monthly invoicing

• Responsible for revenue tracking, subcontracting cost accruals and PO reconciliation

• Reporting creation and analysis such as invoice reconciliation and project delivery status

• Assist to enforce financial policies, ensuring all paperwork is in place before delivery

• Assisting to monitor forecast and booking revenue actuals and investigating deviations with finance and respective individuals

• Troubleshoot Salesforce/PSA and other issues to assist Consulting Management, Consultants and Contractors

• Drive Operational Excellence through compliance to process, regulations and data quality

• Support Operational improvements such as system enhancements and process changes

• Maintain close communication with all Stakeholders, Partners and Customers, as appropriate


KEY CHALLENGES IN THIS ROLE 

• Initially working with the EMEA region to drive Operations Excellence in line with other regions
• Accurate, consistent and on time reporting essential for Consulting Services organsiational effectiveness
• Strong co-ordination with global teams and finance function

Qualifications and Experience

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent

Languages
• Business level English
• Other relevant languages an advantage

Experience 
• 3-5 years relevant experience in a similar role
• Experience from a services/software company preferred, but not essential.
• Experience of managing customer facing engagements
• SalesForce.com/NetSuite experience
• MS Office including Excel
