CONTACT CENTER AGENT (Contractor)
Based in our Las Vegas office, the Call Center Phone Agent will be responsible for being the “voice” of Viator.com. You will be assisting customers with all their tour needs in real time. You will also coordinate with tour operators to ensure an efficient operation for them and a memorable experience for our customers. The successful candidate will be able to multi-task and problem solve while meeting deadlines on a daily basis. Desired Skills and Experience
Must be flexible in schedule (e.g. 3am 4am-5am Start Times) Excellent Communication Skills Phone Sales ability is highly preferred Experience working in call center environment Experience in sales Proven problem solving skills Fluent computer navigation skills Proven level of creativity and latitude expected Ability to work accurately under pressure and meet deadlines on multiple projects Strong team player with the ability to work within a close environment. Positive, ‘can do’ attitude Absolute fanatical attention to detail.
This is a sales/customer service position with a high quantity of time spent on the phone.
$14 per hour plus commission. Training is 4 weeks.
Schedule: Overnight Hours (after 4 week training)
