Content and Campaign Marketing Manager

We are seeking a dynamic, mission-driven Content and Campaign Marketing Manager to support the rapidly growing Marketing team. The ideal candidate will be nimble and able to support all areas of Marketing. You will partner with the Director of Marketing and cross-team members including Sales, Product, Client Success, Growth, Operations, Engineering, Data Science, and Leadership teams. You have a proven track record of supporting lead generation efforts, experience supporting a high-producing healthcare/SaaS sales team, and have exceptional writing skills.

What You’ll Do

Campaign Strategy and Execution

  • Conceptualize, develop, and execute demand and lead generation programs to grow top-of-funnel pipeline and qualified sales leads
  • Develop programs to accelerate existing pipeline; including but not limited to email, digital, webinars, and events
  • Partner with Marketing, Client Success, Market Development, Implementation, and Sales to execute brand awareness and educational campaigns for current clients which includes emails, press releases, product education, and other assets as requested
  • Support other marketing efforts as needed, including event and meeting management, event and speaking submissions, proofreading, presentation development, digital, social PR media, and other areas of content development

Content Strategy and Development

  • Develop marketing and sales tools including collateral, sales decks, infographics, eBooks, case studies, ROI calculators, and other assets
  • Drive content strategy and own the Marketing campaign calendar, leveraging Vital’s solutions, roadmap, messaging, and industry trends and events
  • Partner with the Product Marketing Manager to identify feature/functionality, product offering, and perform ongoing competitive analysis


  • BS/BA required
  • 5+ years of prior healthcare marketing experience
  • B2B marketing experience required; patient engagement and AI experience a plus
  • Exceptional writing skills that emphasize value storytelling for B2B audiences
  • Experience with Salesforce, Hubspot, or similar CRM and marketing tools
  • Previous experience in developing marketing plans, email content, and sales tools
  • Experience developing and executing multi-channel campaigns
  • Ability to multi-task and work on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Willing to pitch in and help where needed
  • Looking to join a fun team and have a personal passion of creating solutions that make a positive impact

  • Executive. This is where you get to meet our leadership team and ask questions about the company and its founders/leadership team.

Interviews for this role will total about 2 hrs 45 minutes. We are committed to providing all candidates with constructive feedback during this process.
