Content Editor (Operations)

Overview:

The Agoda Content department is currently looking for a curious and questioning self-starter and proactive Content Editor, who will support accommodation partners tasks and help drive process optimization for the Content department.

This position reports to the Content Hotel Data Team Lead, in Bangkok, Thailand.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Handle ongoing content tasks from accommodation partners.
  • Understand Content goals and KPIs and be able to align processes based on them. Identify optimization opportunities; investigate flaws / delays in our process and make recommendations to handle them.
  • Lead the ongoing optimization, training and reporting of our cross-departmental tasks management system.
  • Help develop process flow, supporting documents and tracking sheets for our overseas content operations projects.
  • Work closely with team members to measure their progress and challenges vs. our goals and operational methods.   
  • Encourage and train the Content team in best practice of operations and process optimization.

 

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Attentive to detail and committed to data integrity.
  • Keen and curious nature; able and willing to share your opinion.
  • Experience using Excel formulas – must.
  • Organized; able to manage multiple, competing priorities and deliver results under tight deadlines.
  • Able to communicate effectively; fluent in English - both spoken and written.

 

Experience:

  • Bachelor degree or higher.
  • 2+ years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in operations or business process optimization – advantage.
  • Experience in content or digital (performance) marketing - advantage.
