About the role.

Are you the go-to person among your friends and colleagues for the latest pro-tips and insights on the latest gadgets? Do you love blogging and social media from Facebook to Periscope, Twitter to Reddit (and then some)? If you’re passionate about engaging in conversations, and creating and sharing remarkable content about the latest and greatest in tech, this is the role for you!

We’re looking for a technology evangelist, with SEO and lead generation skills, to build the Enjoy brand. As our Content Marketing Manager, you’ll manage the ideation, creation, and distribution of content as well as community management across the current Enjoy social media accounts. Working cross functionally with our creative and Expert team, you’ll build relationships with customers and prospects to support our company mission: to be the best way to purchase and experience technology.

What you’ll own:

  • All content marketing initiatives to drive traffic and engagement that ultimately lead to purchase consideration and customer retention.
  • Work collaboratively with a cross-functional team (including PR, creative, and field Experts) to deliver effective content that our audience is looking for and that meets business objectives
  • Develop and maintain content calendar to support product launches, Enjoy announcements and seasonal and trending topics
  • Write and post updates across channels on a regular cadence, and engage with the community as appropriate
  • Monitor social conversations and deliver best in class customer service for people reaching out on social
  • Measure and report on impact of social and search channels on key performance metrics
  • Explore emerging social platforms and test new channels as appropriate


Skills and experience:

  • 4+ years experience in marketing including creating content for the web and a growing social audience within the technology space
  • Experience working with top social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, as well as content management and blog platforms like Wordpress
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices, content categorization, distribution and measurement
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with ability to create high-quality copy in a short time frame
  • Experience turning data and insights into customer-facing content strategies and messages
  • Collaborative, team-oriented spirit with history of successful cross-functional relationships
  • Comfortable juggling multiple projects in a fast-paced, always on environment with a sharp eye for detail
  • Experience with Photoshop and Illustrator a plus
