Maker Lab supports clients across technology, entertainment, financial services and the payments industry. We’re looking for dynamic individuals to join our team and support our amazing clients in the music industry.

We’re looking for a Content Marketing Manager to take the lead on all things related to content and passionate about music and podcasts. You’ll drive content strategy, production, and distribution across social media and digital channels while helping us build a strong local presence. Your creativity will shine as you shape campaigns that connect with local music fans and audio listeners. From creating content that sparks conversation to partnering with artists and creators, you'll help amplify the voice of the locals on a global scale.

Role: 

  • Lead content marketing efforts focusing on social media, artist campaigns, podcasts, and cultural content.
  • Develop creative, always-on content that resonates with local audiences across owned channels and paid media.
  • Keep a pulse on the latest cultural trends and turn them into fun, engaging content.
  • Oversee the execution of social media campaigns and drive engagement through storytelling and digital initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with regional and global teams to bring the best of culture to a global stage.
  • Manage partnerships with creative, media, and social agencies to produce top-tier content.
  • Use analytics to understand campaign performance and refine strategies for even greater impact.

You:

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience in content marketing or social media strategy, especially within the music, entertainment, or lifestyle industries.
  • Expertise in developing and executing content strategies that drive engagement and resonate with audiences.
  • Strong knowledge of industry trends and social media movements, ensuring content stays fresh and impactful.
  • Experience with ad-tech tools, campaign analytics, and influencer marketing is a plus.
  • Proven ability to collaborate across teams and leverage data to optimise campaign performance.
  • A creative, organised, and driven individual eager to make a significant impact in the music and audio space.
  • Exceptional verbal and written English communication and presentation skills, and ideally fluent in Tagalog.
