The Opportunity:

 Having provided £130m of funding to over 4,000 SMEs, we are growing rapidly and are looking for an ambitious, self-motivated social and content marketer to join a growing team in London.

 This role is pivotal for the Liberis marketing team and doesn’t just represent an opportunity to expand our digital footprint, awareness, subscribers and traffic. This role enables and enriches many different functions and activities within marketing, at the heart of how we communicate value to both customers and prospects.

 

You will:

 To produce, curate and own the content strategy at Liberis, requires a high level of creativity, attention to detail, and project management skills. You will be responsible for multiple work streams including writing for the blog, managing social media content and delivery, creating surveys, reports, infographics, managing video production etc.

 The ideal candidate will have experience working in a Marketing role; in-house or with an agency. You will be a self-starter who takes ownership of projects helping outline the objectives, document your plan and implement a strategy to deliver results. The ability to write and produce to a deadline is a must.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Own the delivery of Liberis’ content strategy, ensuring and guiding content production with an evolving set of relevant themes.
  • Creating resources to drive traffic, subscribers and awareness:
  • Writing articles, blog posts and social media posts relevant to Liberis’ SME audience
  • Collaborating with creative, SEO and other agencies plus freelance support to create various types of content (including reports, surveys, infographics, guides etc)
  • Engaging with internal teams (customer engagement, risk, sales and product), external influencers and industry experts for content topics
  • Planning and executing customer workshops
  • Working with partnerships team to provide online and offline assets for third party relationships

 

The ideal candidate:

  • University degree or equivalent work experience
  • Experience working in a Marketing/PR/Journalist role (in-house or agency)
  • Experience in financial services would be advantageous but not essential
  • Highly organised with ability to manage own projects and support others
  • An excellent writer with a creative flair and an eye for stories that will resonate with audiences
  • History of producing and curating content and building online audiences
  • Channel-specific knowledge (blogging, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc)
  • Comfortable with using data to inform actions
