Continuous Improvement Manager

We are seeking a dynamic Continuous Improvement Manager to join our team. This role involves a blend of project management, system administration, and process improvement responsibilities. You will play a crucial part in delivering successful customer projects and enhancing our internal processes.

  • Engage in pre-sale discussions with prospects to outline high-level critical milestones for project success.
  • Collaborate with onboarding project managers to oversee projects, ensuring key deliverables are met, and obstacles are removed.
  • Support the integration and optimisation of third-party systems that are pivotal to BigChange operations.
  • Plan and lead projects focused on improving IT, technology, processes, and systems across all areas of the business.
  • Continuously look for opportunities to enhance our systems and processes for improved efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Actively generate innovative ideas and strategies to drive better ways of working.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in project management, continuous improvement, and the development of systems and processes.
  • Previous experience in a similar role or transferable skills from a related role, with a keen interest in enhancing customer projects and supporting processes.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Comfortable with learning new processes, systems, and IT technologies quickly.
  • Autonomous and proactive, with a can-do attitude and a drive to seek out better ways of working.
