Katalyst is growing and we are looking for an exceptional Contract Recruiter for a 6+ month engagement. As a Contract Recruiter, you will partner with HR and hiring managers to actively recruit qualified individuals for technical and non-technical roles. Our ideal candidate has both considerable experience and success as a corporate recruiter, in addition to strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Own the full cycle recruiting process for all technical and non-technical positions
• Work with the hiring managers to draft and post job postings within the applicant tracking system
• Source active and passive candidates, screen resumes, and evaluate candidates to determine fit for all positions
• Conduct phone screenings and manage the interview process with hiring teams
• Maintain proactive communication with candidates and hiring managers

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

• 3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in a startup environment
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Passion for health and fitness
  

The opportunity

• 6+ month contract role
• Hourly compensation: $35 to $50 per hour
• Hours per week: 20 - 25
