Contract Sourcer

Brightidea is looking for a Contract Sourcer that will help build candidate pipelines for our fast growing team. This person will play a key role in our company growth, finding world class talent for both technical and non technical roles.

Key responsibilities, but not limited to:

  • Create content to attract new candidates
  • Use best practices for sourcing, screening and scheduling candidates
  • Ensure a consistent process with every candidate
  • Maintain a high-level candidate experience
  • Manage data and process flow in our applicant tracking system (experience with Greenhouse a plus)
  • Be a strong partner for hiring managers 
  • Manage and promote employee referral program

What you need to succeed:

  • You really care about the candidate and their experience
  • 1+ year sourcing/recruiting (in house or agency) or sales experience
  • Technology knowledge (you don’t need to be able to code, but a basic understanding of different technical terms)
  • You’re an extremely efficient, experienced and creative writer
  • Positive and outgoing person who can express to candidates the excitement of the Brightidea culture
