Manage and lead Philippines Corp IT teams to deliver stable and robust IT solutions, and ensure smooth running of the day to day IT operations for all offices and warehouses and provide excellent support for employees
Develop guidelines, processes, and procedures to enhance office IT Infrastructure resiliency and service availability
Design, develop and implement Business Continuity Plan and Disaster Recovery strategy
Proactively manage and report on project status, deliverables, risks and issues, while working closely with multiple stakeholders
Build and maintain strong relationships with business partners and act as a liaison between IT and business teams
Manage IT assets & inventories, IT procurement, budgeting and cost control
Drive a continuous improvement mind-set across the team through providing continuous support, training, coaching and mentorship to the team
Diploma or Degree in Computer Sciences or Information Technology related
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience operating in a similar role
Extensive experience developing and enforcing standards and procedures for project deliverables quality assurance, walk-throughs, issues reporting and change management
Experience in establishing, implementing and running the day-to-day operations. Able to lead and manage remote teams in a team-oriented and collaborative environment. Passion for the development of clearly-defined and optimized operational environments.
Strong network knowledge and hands-on experience in Palo Alto, Cisco, and other network appliances. Rich experience in providing and operating enterprise services such as Active Directory, VPN, Wireless network, NAS, etc.
Familiar with setup and configuration of Cisco devices such as firewall, switch, IP phones, wireless controller and access points
Hands-on experience in Windows server administration and basic knowledge in Linux server administration. Experience with ITSM tools, frameworks
Familiar with and good at managing documenting standard/applications operating procedures
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, especially when it comes to directly addressing user issues with software, hardware, and servers. Able to quickly identify problems and implement solutions with minimal downtime
