Our marketing team is growing and looking for a B2B event planner and brand marketer to join us. As Corporate Marketing Manager, you possess strong attention to detail and thrive when working on complex programs with multiple moving parts. The Corporate Marketing Manager will lead brand marketing programs focused on event sponsorships, branding campaigns, and speaking opportunities for the company. The professional in this role will also provide support for HireVue corporate communications and our enterprise video interviewing and assessments platform. Reporting to the Communications Director, this person will play a key role in helping to build the HireVue company brand and achieve the company’s business objectives. The candidate must be a self-starter, agile team player, and able to scale in a fast-growing, rapidly changing environment.

Event, Speaking and Campaign Planning and Promotion:

You are responsible for the strategy, conception, planning, and execution of HireVue events (with the exception of our annual customer event), driving the event vision and ensuring that all components of an event come together to deliver superior audience messaging and lead-generation results.

Collaborate with Marketing leadership to create a strategy for events that will promote HireVue at 5-7 conferences and events a year. This involves maintaining event and speaking calendars, project management, execution, measurement and reporting of all campaigns and events.

Corporate Communications Support:

Provide PR and communications support as needed, drafting industry award submissions, assisting with interview scheduling and media requests, and helping build and improve presentations for HireVue’s official spokespeople.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create, manage and report on brand awareness, event strategy, and social media campaigns that will boost the HireVue brand and its key messages.
  • Act as the central project manager for each event, from early-stage planning to post-event follow-up. Manage timelines, resources, and all aspects of event delivery.
  • Manage all event logistics from venue selection to production, catering, staffing, and technical. Collaborate and negotiate with third-party vendors and other external parties to secure the necessary resources to deliver successful event execution.
  • Design promotional strategies and collaborate with cross-functional marketing teams to drive event attendance.
  • Consistently measure and quantify results, and incorporate learnings into future events.


  • Travel to major events.
  • Provide corporate communications support in the form of award submissions, public relations support, and speaker presentations.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience;
  • Minimum of two years’ experience in event management for B2B companies
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple programs simultaneously and deliver projects on time, sometimes under strict deadlines. Ability to manage priorities and flexibility to adjust quickly to changing situations;
  • Ability to effectively communicate with executive management and multiple stakeholders;
