Country Manager - France

Tinder empowers people around the world to make connections that would otherwise never be possible. As Tinder continues to experience accelerated international growth, especially in France, we are seeking a proven leader to spearhead the effort to maximize Tinder’s reach in a key geographic market. As a Country Manager, you will be the voice of Tinder in France, leading our growth strategy with the press, influencers, and a wide range of partners. In this role you will:

  • Own the end-to-end country strategy including reporting, team management, goals, and budgets
  • Be the cross-functional leader of the Tinder business in France
  • Define and own the user growth metrics for Tinder’s users in France 
  • Identify and launch partnerships to drive awareness and usage of Tinder within our target demographic
  • In partnership with global brand teams, drive brand campaigns to bring awareness and shift perception of Tinder
  • In partnership with global product marketing teams, own product launches in the market to deliver awareness

We’re looking for:

  • Proven experience in senior level brand/agency and or country management
  • Passion for a start-up environment and the ability to work remotely
  • Experience in managing the creative process end to end
  • Strategic, detail-oriented, and results-driven
  • Experience in/around a startup or mobile culture - you are agile and able to adapt quickly, operating in a high-growth mobile-first business
  • Experience working in a global team and collaborating across multiple geographies
