The Division

Ten-X Homes is new team with a big mission: empowering consumers and agents with smart tools to navigate the process of finding or selling a home. All in one place, all online.

The Role

You’ll help develop a comprehensive content strategy to drive awareness and educate consumers on how on their real estate journey--whether it’s buying or selling a home--and establish Ten-X homes as a thought-leader and resource for potential buyers and sellers.

You’ll create inspiring and viral content and leverage Ten-X Homes channels (social, email, etc.) to build and engage a relevant audience.

To deliver results, you’ll collaborate with a team of marketers, producers, agencies.

Ability to identify efficiencies, design optimization efforts and pivot teams towards transformative work from business-as-usual initiatives.

 

Responsibilities/Duties

  • Continuously build an engaged audience of consumers interested in developing their real estate aspirations.
  • Define content strategy to fuel marketing plans. Partner with business stakeholders and product managers.
  • Partner with Consumer Research to develop personas, needs and journey maps that drive content strategy.
  • Establish and execute on a content calendar with multimedia (video, images, text) stories personalized for different consumers across multiple mediums (email, social)
  • Develop business relationships with relevant media entities to source content and reach consumers.
  • Work with a team of storytellers, marketers, creative builders to achieve your vision.
  • This role reports into the VP of Consumer Engagement

 

Job Requirements

  • Track record of building and engaging a consumer audience through content.
  • Great eye for consumer focused design. Please include a portfolio link
  • Vision and ability to translate authentic stories to different forms of media.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret metrics, content performance and adjust strategy accordingly.
  • Knowledge of industry best practices in online marketing, content creation, social media.
  • Creative thinker and innovator.
  • Excellent relationship building and collaboration skills.
  • Strong understanding of the home buying and selling process.

Education and Experience

  • BA/BS (marketing, business, or other relevant degree) required; MBA a plus

 

  • 5+ years with any combination of the following:
    Project Management, Product Development, Marketing Communications,

 

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong creative writing skills

 

  • Master-level skills with Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint

 

  • Design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite a plus

 

  • 10-20% travel required
