Creative Copywriter (Spanish)

We are looking for someone who will:

  • Develop a creative copywriting strategy for Clara in partnership with designers and the creative lead.
  • Interpret creative briefs to develop concepts and execute them.
  • Write clear, attractive copy with a distinct voice for various marketing and communications materials, including social media, brand campaigns, CRM, etc.
  • Conduct high-quality research and understand Clara's target audiences, through online searches, reviews of existing research, interviews with clients, and subject-matter experts.
  • Collaborate with the entire marketing and growth marketing tribe in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborate with designers, content creators, PR, and growth marketing professionals on large- and small-scale marketing projects (e.g. email campaigns and landing pages).
  • Edit and proofread copy as needed.
  • Use SEO principles to maximize copy’s reach.
  • Source images and other content.

Our requirements are:

  • 3-5 years of experience.
  • Relevant experience (more than 1 year) in tech startups.
  • Experience in developing and executing tone of voice in brand assets.
  • Proficiency in Spanish writing and copy review of all content types.
  • Ability to translate complex ideas into clear messages through diverse channels.
  • Solid research skills.
  • Excellent verbal communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
  • Passion for social media and its impact on brand awareness and loyalty.
  • Experience with fast-paced cycles and able to juggle tasks and deadlines (after all, priorities may change).
  • A highly organized and detail-oriented profile.
  • Hands-on and autonomous professional, who takes ownership and gets things done.
  • Business English.
