We’re looking for designers who believe in our values

Start with why.

Before beginning any project, you take a holistic view, using data and research to refine a brief and understand the problems you’re solving. You're aware of the technical implications of your design decisions, communicating with cross-functional teams to execute the creative.

Be humble.

You enjoy teamwork, empathise with team members and leave your ego at the door. You take shared ownership of projects and collaborate with designers, sharing knowledge and skills to always push our design forward.

Take pride.

You're meticulous and organised, taking pride in crafting every design, no matter the size. You enjoy exploring innovative ways to address problems and always look out for new processes to improve us as a function.

Act with integrity.

When faced with a difficult choice, you always do the right thing. Balancing user needs and business needs to arrive at the best solution.

What’s the role?

  • You’ll create and craft designs across a mix of print and digital channels: think of publications and reports, digital advertising, presentations, social media, websites and events.
  • You’ll be using your skills to communicate concepts and processes with an emphasis on clarity and understanding.
  • You’ll be comfortable in creating and adapting designs to a high standard across the board.
  • You’ll be pushing the boundaries of the brand whilst retaining consistency, ensuring brand integrity in different regions.
  • You'll be working closely with the Marketing and Growth teams, as well as other areas of the business, to achieve the best way of communicating the personality of our brand and landing our messaging.
  • You’ll be happy to get stuck into the smaller tasks as well as enjoying the more significant challenges.
  • You’ll be comfortable both working autonomously as the designer on a project or collaboratively as part of a larger team.
  • You’ll be collaborating with the wider design function to ensure the coherence of the end-to-end experience.

Experience

  • An excellent understanding of design concepts such as layout, colour, composition, use of space, typography and imagery.
  • Experience designing for various formats across multiple touchpoints and demonstrating innovative ways to make the creative stand out within these channels.
  • Experience applying best practices to ensure designs are on-brand and executed to a high standard.
  • A strong portfolio of your work with examples of creative design across print and digital formats. Motion design is desirable, but not essential.
  • Experience using Adobe CC and Sketch.
  • Experience working with Marketing, Sales and HR stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage and complete multiple projects meeting agreed deadlines.
