We are looking for a Credentialing Coordinator to join our team in ensuring clinicians are fully credentialed in a timely manner.  Quality patient care is our top priority.  Having the ability to work efficiently on a team, in a fast-paced environment where patients come first is critical.

HOURLY PAY: $20.00- $25.00 per hour 

·     Assist in the credentialing process by entering/logging/scanning information into credentialing system for initial, updated, and maintenance processes
·     Maintain copies of current state licenses, DEA certificates, malpractice coverage, and any other required credentialing documents for all providers
·     Provide assistance with collection and processing significant amounts of verification and accreditation information from providers
·     Submitting credentialing and re-credentialing applications via electronic/hard copy
·     Responsible for credentialing and maintaining high quality and accurate information for new and established healthcare providers in a timely manner. This will include primary source verification, data collection, data entry, and document review
·     Communicate with providers, insurance companies, and MCO’s
·     Maintain, update, and organize all physical/electronic provider files
·     Other duties as requested

·     1+ year of administrative experience working in a medical office setting
·     Strong customer service experience
·     Strong computer skills required especially with Microsoft Office, Adobe Reader, and PDF applications
·     Prior experience utilizing MDStaff is preferred
·     Flexible and adaptable in learning and understanding new technologies
·     Highly analytical and detail-oriented, problem solver
·     Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
·     Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks
·     Ability to work independently and proactively
·     Demonstrates awareness, inclusivity, sensitivity, humility, and experience in working with individuals from diverse ethnic backgrounds, socioeconomic statuses, sexual orientations, gender identities, and other various aspects of culture
