CRM Assistant

Our mission is to make sports entertainment more engaging and fun. We are looking for a CRM Assistant to join us to be part of our paid media division.

THE ROLE
You will help with our email campaigns via HubSpot, be the go-to person for all data reporting and be ongoing support to the CRM Manager as the CRM function rapidly grows into new markets.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Reporting: making sure that the reports that we have set up are up to date so that we can learn and create next steps. This is a mixture of daily, weekly and monthly reporting from our activity across all markets.
• Navigate HubSpot (training provided) to monitor the results of our regular email and SMS campaigns – highlighting learnings / trends / areas for improvement.
• Understanding what the rules and regulations are across all markets for gambling and sports.
• Eventually take ownership of the monthly calendar – planning what comms we are sending out each week by making sure assets are being delivered on time.
• Liaising with the design team for creatives to use within our comms – including recommendations, feedback, testing etc.
