CRM Executive

We’re looking for an ambitious and experienced email marketing and CRM manager to be the first marketing hire to join our team. It’s an incredibly exciting opportunity for the right individual to shape the marketing team and you will have full responsibility for developing strategies, creating, implementing and testing email campaigns from the ground up and iterating to improve CTR, open rates and customer engagement.

We have big ambitions and our campaigns need to be memorable so we can punch above the rest and appeal to our ever growing international user base.

  • Maintain integrity and cleanliness of the database/SugarCRM data
  • Strategise with internal stakeholders on marketing and campaign plans against measurable goals and objectives.
  • Create and maintain an segment-able database that can used for segmented campaigns
  • Work with internal teams to streamline database and CRM processes
  • Monthly, weekly and daily reporting on status of database by regions
  • Procure potential contacts from data vendors
  • Develop, deploy, and analyze demand generation campaigns in a variety of inbound and outbound marketing channels including email marketing, digital advertising, lead nurture programs, etc.
  • Plan, create, and execute email marketing and acquisition plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs, requirements and budgets.
  • Work collaboratively internally to create appealing email campaigns, communicating winning marketing concepts through well-written copy, design and metrics.
  • Manages day-to-day operational aspects of email and acquisition campaign tactics and scope.
  • Maintain knowledge of current trends and digital marketing strategies as they evolve and apply to maintain relevancy and best practices approach.
  • Monitor digital campaigns and collect metrics to calculate ROI and suggest continuous improvement.
