We are looking for a CRM Manager to help us connect with our users via email and push notifications. In this role you will:
- Manage email & push communications for our global audience.
- Lead CRM efforts and develop new concepts for increasing retention and keeping our users engaged.
- Develop strategy for customer segmentation, targeting, and reporting for our customer lifecycle program.
- Ensure that email channel delivers properly across all major email providers & have the technical chops to improve email deliverability if we run into delivery issues.
- Collaborate with marketers and designers to gain insight into how CRM can delight our customers throughout the world.
- Get your work seen by a global audience who are passionate about our product. This is an amazing portfolio opportunity.
We're looking for:
- Experience managing high volume email channels on a global scale.
- Track-record of delivering push notification campaigns that are personalized, timely, and engaging.
- A candidate who has developed a customer lifecycle strategy for a large consumer tech company.
- Strong technical understanding of marketing technologies associated with CRM.
