 The Withum Marketing Department is seeking a CRM Manager, which is a new role to the department, giving you the opportunity to make it your own. You will report directly to, and work closely with, the Chief Marketing Officer, while collaborating with the Director of Digital Marketing and the Director of Business Development. We foster a departmental culture of cohesive collaboration, creativity, and fun, while maintaining an eye on ROI of our efforts.

The CRM Manager will be responsible for overseeing our CRM (Microsoft Dynamics 365) and integrated technology platforms (time & billing system; marketing automation software, AI powered SaaS platform, proposal software, dashboards, etc.) to ensure maximum integration among them and that they are being used and operating seamlessly in support of marketing and business development functions. While this role will touch on all of our marketing technology systems, CRM is of primary importance. Therefore, Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM experience is required.

How You’ll Spend Your Time:

• Managing our data steward in the ongoing maintenance of the CRM, ensuring data integrity, and communicating data updates and standards to the Marketing and BD teams. Creating documentation for processes, procedures, and best practices
  
• Developing strategies and approaches for data and information cleansing and enhancement, creating a plan of daily, weekly and monthly data management tasks for proactive cleanup and maintenance regarding bounced contacts and duplicates
• Communicating process improvements or technology improvements that could enhance the data management process across the function’s different marketing technology systems. Proactively identifying and assessing new technologies as part of strategic and tactical projects
• Collaborating with Practice Leaders and BD teams to ensure prospect target lists are in our database, and how to track activities
• Developing firmwide campaigns promoting the use of CRM and other marketing technology tools as appropriate
• Overseeing training programs and provide individual support to internal CRM users as needed representing different personas, ensuring best practices are being used
• Overseeing the process of importing contacts from internal team members
• Collaborating with the Director of Digital Marketing to provide ongoing analytics delivery inclusive of marketing and business development insights to lead to better decision making, lead generation, and determine return on investment
• Acting as the liaise with our IT department to support ongoing marketing technology initiatives

• Education: BA or BS degree required
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and tech integrations
• A thorough understanding of data analytics
• Demonstrated creativity and excellent technical and project management skills

• Possess a high level of attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to learn new technologies
