The Information Security Intern will gain a comprehensive view of a corporate IT organization by rotating through each IT team. Primarily assigned to the Information Security department, you will work on a summer-long project with direct business impact. In this role, the intern will acquire knowledge and experience through hands-on learning and engagement.
Information Security: Keep Crocs/HEYDUDE secure and operational.
•Analyze data provided in logs from numerous monitoring systems
•Investigate suspicious events on corporate devices
•Develop and maintain security awareness training system
•Implement and enforce out security policies and procedures
IT Support Operations:
•Deliver technology support across all global Crocs & HEYDUDE teams including software and hardware administration.
•Service Desk (Tier 1 Support)
•End-User Computing (Corporate/Distribution Center Tier 2 Support)
•Retail Systems Support (Store Tier 2 Support)
Infrastructure
•Understand and maintain network systems, data storage facilities, hardware, and software
•Experience a robust team and the cruciality of their roles
•Coordinate with all departments to maintain the IT system inventory, contracts, service agreements, and policies
Corporate Applications (Warehouse Logistics, ERP, HRIS, Integration)
•Exposure to multiple corporate ERP systems, including SAP and Oracle
•Observe how corporate applications/systems connect with each other
•Understand how IT plays a substantial role in the backend of supply chain
Project Management
•Plan and complete projects using traditional/waterfall and Agile project management methodologies
•Keep business units, collaborators, and the CIO advised of ongoing projects via status reports
Analytics
•Improve dashboards for a variety of groups (Finance, Retail, Ecommerce, etc.)
•Data engineering activities with various technologies including Snowflake and PowerBI
•Working towards a bachelor’s or master’s degree in IT, Computer science or Computer engineering
•Proficiency with Microsoft suite (Outlook, Excel, Teams, etc.)
•Highly motivated self-starter
•Prioritize and complete multiple initiatives in a collaborative and fast-paced environment
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•Able to comfortably connect with executives at a high level and others at a more granular level
