To deliver company Sales and Profit target by developing and implementing business operation plans within budget
Manage Shopee Cross Border business operations including but not limited to sales management, business intelligence, logistics and distribution, inventory and warehouse, and P&L management etc.
Setting and deploying tailored made strategy for Cross Border Business, understanding decision making process/decision makers identification within the company
Closely work with local and regional team to develop oversea brands. To support and oversees the execution of Sales and Marketing programs including but not limiting to campaign, pricing strategies, promotion etc.
Communicating with colleagues in various countries and offices
Report all business progress and new direction that Shopee drives to relevant stakeholders
At least 4-6 years of working experience
Fluent in English and Chinese (both spoken and written)
Strong ability to build trust with and influencing internal and external business partners
Effective working in a fast paced and fluid environment that requires strong ownership, ability to prioritize, and deliver high quality results
Experience in e-Commerce industry, cross border business is preferred
Experience in consulting field is highly preferred
