Cross Border Ecommerce - CS for Japan Market (based in Tokyo)
You will be supporting Shopee seller acquisition, by cold calling sellers to onboard them to become Shopee sellers.
You should answer their basic inquiries regarding their shop operations Main Shopee onboarding inquiry topics include, who is Shopee, shop opening, product listing & management, payment, Shopee policy, and IT bug.
You will be communicating with the sellers through phone calls or emails.
You will be expected and evaluated based on the # of calls and # of sellers you have acquired
Interpersonal communication skills to provide professional and prompt onboarding service to sellers (clients)
Relevant experience preferred but not mandatory
Strong oral and written communication skill
Persistent approach to solving problems for sellers
Ability to deal with ambiguous situations by asking relevant teams for their advice
Work well with cross functional teams in a high-pressured environment
