Cross Border Fulfillment Lead

Job Description:

• The Crossborder Lead will be responsible in managing the daily crossborder operations
• Ensure team members that all KPI’s are achieved for both inbound and last mile operations
• Manage operational concerns promptly and monitor the good/poor packaging quality
• Oversee country operations and work closely with internal, regional and external stakeholders for faster resolution on key issues
• Recommend process improvement and oversee implementation from end to end to improve gaps in operations
• Assist implementation on new and current 3PL vendors; closely work with 3PL vendors to ensure good performance to meet customer requirements
• Prepare SOP, conduct training and post – implementation process review
• Performance management and coaching of team member’s performance
• Ensure all inbounded shipment are in good quality of packaging, checked and processed within agreed timeline of partner vendor
• Manage the liquidation of CB RTS (re-sell operations and other liquidation processes

 

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in BS Industrial Engineering or any related courses
• At least 5 years working experience in the logistics, warehouse and transportation industry
• Strong analytical skills with understanding in operational systems
• Outstanding critical-thinking, highly meticulous and detail-oriented
• Capable of handling multiple tasks and work under pressure
