Checkout.com is looking for a Crypto Community Manager to join the Crypto Strategy & GTM team reporting to the Senior Director of Crypto Strategy & GTM. This person will be responsible for driving internal and external knowledge sharing around crypto and digital assets and working closely with our go to market teams to ensure we are well represented within the crypto community. 


About You

  • This role will suit a true crypto enthusiast who understands the unique culture and complexity of the crypto ecosystem and has a passion for bringing more people into the space. They’ll be full of creative ideas but also be able to see them through to execution.
  • 2+ years of crypto experience
  • Relevant work experience in content, events or community buildingFamiliarity with G-suite and social media channels including discord, reddit, twitter etc...
  • SEO knowledge
  • Customer service mindset
  • An energetic and collaborative attitude

What You'll Do

  • Build out internal knowledge and passion for crypto through events, content and education materials
  • Support the crypto team and our merchants on staying up to date with the latest trends, news and emerging themes
  • Partner with our content team to ensure our crypto specific content is relevant and engaging for our crypto merchants 
  • Partner with Crypto ABM manager help "activate" that content through emails, digital marketing, direct mails and own crypto specific social channels
  • Support our sales, CSM and partnerships teams in creating unique and engaging experiences for our strategic crypto merchants 
  • Ensure we have strong representation at local and community crypto events
  • Build relationships with influencers and key voices in the community
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of our efforts through data analysis and user feedback using our marketing and sales ops stack with tools like Salesforce.
