This match is for a Customer Success Manger position with an sales enablement platform. This artificial intelligence uses information from the internet to customize personal outreaches. These outreaches will ultimately help businesses get more qualified leads and thus get more closed deals.

DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for on-boarding new accounts ensuring a successful implementation.
  • Responsible for helping customers purchase and adopt newly launched products.
  • Responsible for developing new opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Develop individual plans of action to up-sell and renew assigned accounts.
  • Adopt and improve methodologies to maximize the renewal rate and NPS of customers.
  • Accurately forecast sales opportunities to drive growth and meet or exceed forecasts.
  • Conduct loss analyses to help the business set strategies to maximize revenue growth.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure won accounts are setup for success.
