We are looking for a Full Stack Developer and Software Engineering Team Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team of developers, leading software development projects, and acting as a scrum master to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality software.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of developers and oversee software development projects from conception to deployment
- Act as a scrum master to ensure the team is aligned and delivers on sprint goals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop and implement new features and functionality for our data privacy and compliance software
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code in a variety of languages, including but not limited to: Java, Python, JavaScript, and SQL
- Ensure code quality, security, and scalability
- Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to team members
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in software engineering and data privacy
Proficiency with OpenAI is a big plus as well to expedite what we can do with code.
