Customer Care Director

As Customer Care Director you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the Customer Service team. The Director will be expected to motivate the team and build confidence and enthusiasm, provide staffing plans to pulse between high and low call volume, and collaborate with other teams/agencies to provide a seamless customer experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, technology or related field and/or relevant related experience.
  • Master will be a plus
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as Customer Care Director is required
  • Willingness to set and maintain high standards of performance
  • Ability to identify customer needs, propose solutions and close orders. Able to identify and affect customer internal support processes which affect purchasing decisions.
  • Focused on business improvement.
  • Outstanding analytical skills and proven track record of utilizing insights from data collection
  • Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with team members and peers across the organization.
  • Demonstrate ability to exercise prudent judgment.
  • Experience working in an e-commerce business required
  • Strong computer competency and understanding of technology (MS Office, social media, call center technology, etc.) required
