The Social Tables Customer Success team prides itself on providing groundbreaking customer consultation, on boarding, and continuous support. We are looking for a Customer Care Representative to join our dynamic team in downtown Washington, D.C. Your responsibility will be to create positive customer relationships, while providing solutions oriented support to our Hospitality customers.
The Customer Care Representative will report directly to the Customer Care Manager.
YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
- The desire to represent the Social Tables brand by being at the first line of fire for incoming customer inquiries
- Ability to seamlessly resolve or escalate customer issues autonomously
- Ability to multi task and stay organized in order to juggle daily inbound activities in an efficient manor
- Must be a forward-thinker with the ability to learn quickly
- Act as Liaison to Product team to ensure product runs smoothly and bugs are reported within a timely manner
- Solidify professional relationships with hospitality professionals
- Offer a knack for getting to the bottom of customer issues to provide solutions oriented customer service
- Desire to surprise and delight customers in daily interactions
