Position Overview:

As a Customer Communications Associate, you will be immersed into Rent the Runway’s brand and culture from day one. You will undergo a 4-week training program including meeting Co-Founders Jenn & Jenny, a visit to our New York Flatiron store, a tour of our Operation in Secaucus and one-on-one coaching on all aspects of the business. Post training, you will be equipped to provide our customers with exceptional experiences via Rent the Runway’s channels for communication - phone, email and live chat. Customer Insights is the heart and foundation of Rent the Runway and lives the number one RTR core value daily by delivering “Cinderella experiences” to our customers.

This role is a full time opportunity that will provide you the chance to become an expert in customer communication, while gaining industry experience by being exposed to a variety of other departments at Rent the Runway. Work cross functionally with the marketing, operations, social and fashion teams to deliver nothing less than an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree required
  • Relevant internship experience and/or 1-2 years of work experience (a plus)
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills; demonstrated influence
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Flexible schedule including weekend, evening and holiday coverage
