About the role 🚀
Location: Paris 9th, France

The Customer Education and Content Specialist intern is responsible to conduct research in order to improve our merchant experience thanks to our Helpcenter, and execute the identified changes.

- As we strengthen our positioning, awareness and consideration efforts, we want to make Bigblue more vocal for our merchants. We are looking for a creative content writer (FR & ENG) who will help us craft powerful and differentiating pieces of content to educate our users and engage our community.
- You’ll be working within the Merchant team in the Paris office and in contact with various internal stakeholders (Product, Marketing, Operations...).

Missions

- Contribute to building a new Helpcenter structure based on customer journey mapping and identifying knowledge painpoints
- Help define and execute our content strategy: edit planning, copywrite and maintain articles
- Own video educational trainings: record educational trainings for merchants
- Consistent branding: identify consistent branding across the plateform to build recognition and trust among our audience

Requirements 🙌

  • Quick learner — you are able to assimilate huge amounts of information quickly.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and writing skills.
  • Creative and out-of-the-box thinker.
  • Methodical and highly organized.
  • Analytical mindset
  • Independent, doer, and proactive with strong attention to detail.
  • You are passionate about business and e-commerce
  • Fluent in 🇫🇷  and 🇬🇧
