Customer Engagement Associate

The Customer Engagement Associate is the face of Evercar. You are responsible for driving our members’ engagement and satisfaction, providing exemplary customer service and tracking our progress. Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Support customer inquiries and become an expert in car sharing, electric vehicles, and electric charging infrastructure
  • Analyze driver trends and create reports that direct customer strategy and new product development
  • Own the metrics for customer engagement, satisfaction and retention
  • Participate in team growth and strategy meetings to build scalable support solutions
  • Additional projects to support the needs of the team and business

  • Problem solving – you’ve demonstrated the ability to think critically and act decisively in start-up, military, sports or other fast-paced environments
  • High level of customer orientation and interest in making the customer experience the best it can be
  • Interpersonal, oral and written communications skills to build relationships with customers and teammates
  • Planning and organization - you are self-directed, use your team’s time efficiently, and constantly seek opportunities for improvement
  • Four-year college degree or equivalent experience
  • An enthusiasm for new technologies, innovative analytics and connected mobility
  • High energy (this is a startup with an all-hands-on-deck approach)
  • Get-it-done mentality; flexible to be on-call and take ownership for your own performance
  • Adaptability – you adapt to changes in the work environment, manage competing demands and are able to deal with frequent change

Bonus Points:

  • Experience in marketing, customer service or data analysis
  • Experience with CRM or call center support systems implementation
  • Experience in the on-demand / sharing economy or electric vehicle industry
  • Passion for sustainability, mobility, social justice, and/or economic disruption
