Leading online interiors retailer, LuxDeco.com, requires a Customer Experience Assistant to join its London team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Working under The Customer Experience Manager to provide an unparalleled and approachable contact for customers
Efficiently manage and log customer orders and queries as received through all channels – website, live chat (online), email and telephone in a timely and professional manner
Manage telephone orders and assist customers with any online queries
Raising quotes and invoices as well as processing payments
Assisting with personal style recommendations
Assist in customer returns as per company policy and processing refunds where needed with the aim of turning customer returns into an exchange
Provide trade customers with pricing and information and when advised assist The Customer Experience Manager in other special tasks for regular trade customers
Requirements
Minimum of 1 years experience in a similar eccommerce role.
Although not essential, a background in the luxury industry is considered beneficial.
Stellar organisational skills, fluency in english, computer literacy, impeccable telephone manners, as well as self motivation are essential characteristics.
Bilingual skills are a benefit
Confident with writing emails
Competent talking to HNW individuals over the phone
Use of Mac systems
Training will be provided on in-house systems (Zendesk)
Days of Work: Monday to Friday (9am - 6pm & 12pm-9pm)
Some weekend cover may be required
