As a Customer Experience Associate, you will be one of the primary points of contact for customer inquiries and customer support related matters. Work shifts will vary and the Customer Experience Associate will be expected to work approximately 20 hours a week, with varying work shifts both on the weekends and weekdays. Availability to work weekends, and non-conventional business hours especially during peak season (NFL), is key.


  • You must have great oral and written communication skills and be extremely detail-oriented, organized, and proactive. 
  • Politeness, attentiveness and friendliness are the traits/qualifications we are looking for. 
  • You must be passionate about promoting and representing the DraftKings brand.  A strong passion and knowledge for sports and familiarity with social media sites are pluses.  


  • Working towards a Bachelor’s degree in business management, sport management or related field
  • Passion for sports and fantasy sports
  • Ability to work flexible hours
  • Ability to work well within a team to achieve a common goal
  • Comfortable in a fast paced environment
