As a Temporary Customer Experience Associate, you will be one of the primary contact points for customer inquiries and customer support related matters. Work shifts will vary, with the requirement to work on Sundays.  Availability to work flexible shifts is key.


  • You must have great oral and written communication skills and be extremely detail-oriented, organized, and proactive. 
  • Politeness, attentiveness and friendliness are the traits/qualifications we are looking for. 
  • You must be passionate about promoting and representing the DraftKings brand.  A strong passion and knowledge for sports and familiarity with social media sites are pluses.
