Customer Experience Coordinator

LuxDeco is looking for a confident and proactive Customer Focused Planning Assistant to work meticulously with our customer experience team and on our route planning tasks. A self motivated and professional individual looking to join our team in our newly renovated Waltham Abbey warehouse.

Requirements

This is a great opportunity to gain experience with a broad selection of luxury goods. This role will be responsible for the following:

  • Booking white glove deliveries via phone and follow-up with emails
  • Partial Delivery to call and ask/inform of the delivery
  • Customer feedback calls
  • Arranging collections from our warehouse
  • Liaises with delivery partners for international shipments
  • Returns process
  • Booking collections

BUSINESS COMPETENCIES

  • A sense of style and an understanding of a luxury consumer
  • Multi-tasking master with unfaltering commitment to efficiency and quality with an eye for detail
  • Experience with customer service software like Zendesk
  • Previous planning experience is preferred
  • Strong organizational skill
  • Strong communication skills
