We are seeking a Customer Experience Specialist with strong computer and customer service skills as well as a passion for mobile technology. In addition, prior experience with tech support and/or customer relationship management is a great benefit.
Our customer experience specialists are tasked with onboarding and assisting merchants. We provide merchant support for everything from developing custom loyalty solutions to arranging merchant training, coordinating in-store marketing and providing ongoing mid-level tech support. Occasionally team members may also be called upon to provide operational support within our organization. As your skills grow there will be opportunities to assist in training and provide more advanced technical support. You will be working with and managing information in several different CRM and database systems. Some of the tools you will use to communicate with merchants include phone, email and online chat.
