Customer Experience Specialist (PT)

Our Customer Experience team represents the Casper brand by providing best-in-class support and managing relationships throughout the inquiry, order, and delivery process.

As a part-time CX Specialist, you'll support our full-time Customer Experience team in every respect so that we can continue to push the envelope and anticipate our customers' needs. 

The Job

  • Act as the voice of Casper on the front lines with customers
  • Deliver best-in-class customer service over the phone, email and live chat
  • Manage customer relationships efficiently and effectively
  • Think creatively about ways in which we can optimize each customer’s experience
  • Update and communicate weekly and monthly metrics

The Qualifications 

  • Experience in a customer experience, sales or community development role—preferably at a consumer-centric organization (bonus if it is a startup)
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Resume and application are 100% free of spelling and grammar errors
  • Problem-solver who works well with a wide range of personalities
  • A ‘no task is too small’ attitude
  • Friendly personality
  • Fluency in multiple languages is a major bonus
  • Salesforce experience is a plus

Other Details

This position is ~25 hours a week, between the hours of 10am-6pm ET on Saturdays/Sundays and 12pm-9pm on 1-2 weekdays. It's the perfect role for someone who is excited to contribute and be exposed to the inner workings of a rapidly growing brand while pursuing other things.
