Our Customer Experience team represents the Casper brand by providing best-in-class support and managing relationships throughout the inquiry, order, and delivery process.
As a part-time CX Specialist, you'll support our full-time Customer Experience team in every respect so that we can continue to push the envelope and anticipate our customers' needs.
This position is ~25 hours a week, between the hours of 10am-6pm ET on Saturdays/Sundays and 12pm-9pm on 1-2 weekdays. It's the perfect role for someone who is excited to contribute and be exposed to the inner workings of a rapidly growing brand while pursuing other things.
