Showing Customers the light…

At Carvana, we’re working to unsuck the car-buying experience. As we simultaneously diversify our marketing and partnership strategies, providing custom-built and well-optimized user experiences is vital to scaling customer acquisition. In leading our Customer Growth Track, you will:

  • Define the vision, direction and objectives for our Customer Growth product track and execute on that strategy
  • Team up with Marketing and Creative teams to increase organic search and earned social traffic
  • Interact with internal teams and Carvana customers to understand pain points, obtain feedback, and craft solutions
  • Work with partners to provide seamless integrations and symbiotic relationships
  • Leverage data & analytics to identify high leverage customer funnels, look for points of improvement, and iterate, iterate, iterate
  • Identify, document and prioritize product requirements, features and functionality
  • Collaborate with Engineering leaders end to end in the product life cycle, including solution design, development, testing, and implementation

 

  Enough about us….

  • You have 7+ years’ experience using technology to optimize user conversion, preferably in a consumer web and/or ecommerce setting
  • You thrive in an agile environment with an entrepreneurial culture and drive for continuous improvement
  • You enjoy solving complex problems
  • You have excellent quantitative and analytical skills, especially data analysis and interpretation
  • You have previous experience with A/B testing for both feature validation and conversion optimization
  • You are a seeker of truth; you will collect whatever data necessary to inform product direction and you will embrace feedback.
  • You have exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
