Customer Lifecycle Manager

We’re looking for a customer lifecycle manager to oversee our customer lifecycle optimization process, focusing on onboarding, growth and retention stages. In this role, you’ll get a chance to work with our awesome marketing team. Your new adventure:

  • Turn abstract and complex concepts into simple, practical and innovative solutions that frame clear opportunities for how businesses connect with their customers 
  • Collaborate with multiple business stakeholders across marketing, sales, partners, customer success and customer support
  • Delve into data-driven insights to improve critical business metrics such as V2T, T2P, NPC, NPC ARR, as well as retention and churn
  • Create holistic, omnichannel consumer and service delivery ecosystem designs
  • Leverage internal customer intelligence sources, external insights and analytics to drive recommendations for customer experience improvements or innovations in collaboration with product and UX/UI teams
  • Identify customer and business needs by conducting and/ or partnering on consumer studies
  • Map out the end-to-end client discovering, trialing, buying and post-sales journey, including internal employee journeys where applicable and pinpoint must-win moments within them 
  • Collaborate with other teams, including data and UX/ UI, to develop concept prototypes in multiple media and levels of interactivity (physical and digital, low and hi-fidelity)
  • Pitch concepts in a clear, concise, and compelling way
  • Coordinate and influence cross-functional teams through global customer experience transformation initiatives – from initial discovery/ ideation through operationalizing the vision – by following data-driven practices
  • Understand tools, technologies and capabilities that can facilitate, automate and speed up Pipedrive’s day-to-day process 

Does this sound like you?

  • 3+ Years experience optimising end-to-end customer journeys
  • Skills in customer journey mapping and omnichannel experience design
  • Deep knowledge of design thinking
  • Knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methods, blending multiple methods to develop customer insights
  • Ability to translate customer needs and insights and desk research into a meaningful, actionable strategy
  • Ability to use a variety of strategic frameworks to communicate complex ideas in simple ways with all types of audiences including senior leadership
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Team player, relationship-builder, comfortable operating in a matrixed organization
  • Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills to influence and coordinate cross-functional teams
  • Experience in agile working style
  • Experience in creating and running workshops with senior stakeholders is a plus
