With our online secure coding platform, we train and equip software developers to be the first line of defence in their organizations, empowering them to think and act with a security mindset every day. With a recently secured $US48 million in Series B funding, and customers including some of the world's most well-known banks and telecommunications companies, we're now looking for the Marios to our Luigis, the pepper to our salt, and the Chewbaccas to our Hans Solos to join our global team of Warriors. 

Being the first EMEA Customer marketing hire, the role of the Customer Marketing Manager is to develop programmes that will make our customers never want to leave us… but not only that, they will want to advocate on our behalf. You will drive adoption, engagement, and expansion of our software subscriptions and support our customers’ growth through adoption, loyalty, and advocacy. You are passionately dedicated to the success of the customer and will liaise with the Customer Success team to understand and encourage the full customer lifecycle. 
You will develop marketing programmes that support the customer’s journey, starting with the sales transition through onboarding to renewal, with a focus on retention and an eye towards expansion. Strong understanding of how our customers think and what they want is paramount to success in this role. 
You will orchestrate and enable the creation of thought leadership and user-generated content, social engagement, and other forms of advocacy. You will promote adoption and usage of the Secure Code Warrior platform, enable expansion and retention of existing accounts, cultivate renewals and referrals and support customer events. You will speak with the voice of the customer.

What you'll be doing:

  • Develop customer-focused marketing programmes that support retention, renewals and expansions
  • Build advocacy through references, testimonials, case studies, and speaking opportunities
  • Promote adoption and usage of the platform with existing customers
  • Develop new methods of communication to keep the customer informed, engaged and excited
  • Work cross-functionally with sales, marketing and customer success

What you'll do:

  • Proven customer marketing programme experience
  • 3-5 years of relevant marketing experience
  • Attention to detail and dedication to results
  • Passion for the customer
  • Digital skills and capabilities - Marketo experience a plus
  • Cybersecurity experience a big plus
