In this position you will:
Assist with customer service, utilizing social media to respond and interact with users
Respond promptly to inquiries via e-mail and live chat
Provide solutions with creative problem solving skills
Engage with users that have matched on Roomi
Track member information on the backend
Effectively communicate between users and team members
Have a passion for engaging with members and providing them with a unique Roomi experience
