About the Role

We are looking for an Administrator to join our GP service team- shift pattern - 2pm - 10pm (Sun-Thurs)


You will be:

  • We book telephone and video consultations for customers with private insurance, to access GP advice 24/7, 365 days of the year.
  • Processing prescriptions, specialist referral letters and other health documentation
  • Liaising with pharmacies to ensure patient prescriptions have been received
  • Answering queries from pharmacies to ensure patients receive correct and timely medication
  • Managing bookings for patients via email or their app
  • Assisting in receipt and uploading of data onto the patient management system.
  • Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to show sensitivity and understanding over the telephone
  • Experience using computers and Microsoft packages
  • Eager to work as part of a high performing, dynamic team
  • Desirable- Experience in administration

This position is dependent on two satisfactory references .
