About the Role In the position of Customer Service Agent, you'll be an integral part of our Slovenian Customer Service team. Your major role will be to provide our valued customers with an amazing support experience that includes a wide range of solutions and services. Key Responsibilities Include
  • Engaging with customers and effectively resolving inquiries through various support channels.
  • Offering empathetic and patient support to de-escalate situations.
  • Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and completing service requests.
  • Providing customer training to optimize their use of our solutions and services.
  • Guiding customers towards solutions that align with their needs.
  • Delivering services with warmth, care, and efficiency.
  • Actively contributing to future product development and enhancing functionality.
  • Advocating for our customers internally and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • About You
  • Prior Customer Service Experience: Demonstrated experience in customer service is a great plus
  • Effective Communication: Strong communication skills to convey information clearly and concisely.
  • Problem-Solving  Skills: Proficiency in problem-solving, decision-making, and critical thinking.
  • Positive  Attitude: An optimistic, patient, and resilient outlook, committed to providing top-notch support.
  • Resourcefulness: The ability to adapt and find creative solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Tech Savviness: Comfort with technology and the capability to navigate digital platforms.
  • Language Skills: Intermediate or fluent  English speaking level and native Slovenian are essential.
