Job Description:

A Customer Service employee at Bright has the mission to make our clients experience as effortless as possible offering support once their solar system is active. Support areas under CS team belt include: Bright Billing, CFE Billing, Operation and Maintenance and Legal support, each one of these task are correlated to other areas at Bright, so fun is guaranteed! since you’ll be hanging out with a lot of folks at the office on daily basis.

Core Activities:

  • Inbound / outbound calls to offer support to active clients
  • Visit clients in person to follow up on their request
  • Improve current process under specific metrics on monthly basis
  • Operative manuals development
  • Visit CFE offices to fix bills issues
  • Data analysis and reports development
